Equipment: -advance cooling generators -high-output energy generator -multi-lock on system -energy shield coating -reinforced armor -advance radar unit
The Arsenal Liger was created for full-frontal assault. Its practically an army of its own. It carries advance equipment and weaponry that was made specifically for this zoid. With the combination of the pilot's skills and this zoid's potential, the arsenal liger is a force to be reckoned with....
It has the same gun on the end of the tail like that of the sheild liger instead of the blade liger.
Removing the "mane" does really make it look like a sheildy. But without those it no longer has the E-sheild..I think that would be vital for a frontal assult zoid. Put the sheild up and ram your enemies and use it to short out sheilds other zoids might have.
The two main weapons are attatched to the "hilts" of the blades from the looks of it. Very useful if they are, the "hilts" can still be deploid down and the guns can fire in a wider range.
That hidden missle pod on the back where the boosters use to be came from the Panzer armor did it not? lol.^^
You know...I never thought the booster to body size ratio for the blade liger was right...the boosters seem too small to up its speed as much as they portray it in the show.
still, that is one amazing zoid! I love the paint job and the name fits perfectly!^^ I would not want to get on his bad side!
It's hard to tell from the picture, but the gun on the its tail is actually a small gatling gun that i got from an old gundam heavy arms kit. And the missile pod is from a zoids customize kit, i think it was called the assault unit, originally for Zaber Fang. Anyways, thanks for the comment!
probably one of the best jobs i've ever seen of a blade liger with its shield spikes removed. Usually that sucks, but this is good... so the question is... where did those go? XD who's wearing them now?
heh good question...at this point i have no plans on them. But they do look to be pretty useful...according to an idea i had a while back. But i'll have to see if i have the time to put it together.
DAMN! Nice work sir. This looks excellent. I've yet to build a Zoid (unless you count the slightly pansy ones I had with my bro as a kid in the early 80s, which I don't) but whenever I see fine, FINE work like this, I'm sorely tempted. The white/blue in particular looks fantastic.
you should give them a try. Well the larger wind ups at least or the large motorized ones. They're not as hard as some gundam kits though. Most of em are fairly easy to build. So customizing them makes it more interesting. If you havent yet, go check out all my other customs.
I might nab one in the future if I've got a hole in the modelling schedule...I've got several fairly complex Gunpla to build right now lol. I'll be sure to check out the rest ^^.
that thing is superbeast! make it posseable! u should have leaft the blades and mounted the gunz somewhere else, i was wondering what it would look like without the flairs on the head, looks good
